Our Why:

I started this business because of my passion for animals. I adopted my first dog in 2020, navigating the joys and many challenges of a dog with behavior issues and more energy than I knew what to do with. While we worked through all of that through play, training, behavior modification, and lots of enrichment, we are still a work in progress.

Enter our second dog, Zeena, who we rescued 15 minutes before her euthanasia deadline. We fostered her (eventually adopted) through Lucci's House Bully Rescue and my love for helping animals like her continued to grow. She had her own issues, barrier reactivity, dog reactivity on walks, and she's very vocal when she wants something!

In February of 2025, I started volunteering at the Humane Society for Hamilton County and after working my way up to the highest level as a volunteer walker, I started taking dogs out for runs to get them out of the shelter and to burn off some energy. However, there are some dogs that need an all out sprint and my legs just couldn’t hang with them all.

After working with the behavior team for a few weeks and working to get dogs on the slatmill at the shelter, I decided I wanted to do this full-time.

My mission is to provide a service that I would have wanted for my dogs - whether it's my shelter friends, my reactive Zeena, or my high energy Jag. Every dog is different, but I love knowing I was able to help meet the needs of a dog and that they can go to bed feeling fulfilled.
